Ever since I bought my first computer back in the 90’s I have been hooked.

I was blown away by the things you could do with them and over the years have been constantly amazed on how much they have improved.

I wanted to know more and more so I spent countless hours on the internet researching and learning new things.

I learnt how to fix simple simple things at first and gradually gained more and more knowledge.

One of my proudest moments was when I built my very own PC from scratch and the thrill it gave me when I turned it on and saw it boot up for the first time was amazing.

I am very passionate about helping people when they have problems with their computers and it gives me great satisfaction to hand them back their PC or Laptop fully working as it should.

I was always disheartened when I heard stories of people taking their broken PC or laptop either to a cowboy who would usually make things worse or to some high street repair shop only to be charged a fortune to have it repaired.

The more of these stories I heard the more determined it made me to try and help by simply offering an honest service for a very modest price.

Unfortunately, it can be very hard to get yourself known to the public who just want to get their things fixed and not to get ripped off.

The best way to get your services known to the public has always been “word of mouth” so I always tell the people I have helped to pass on my name to anyone they think might benefit.

I will always give straight forward advice and will never try to baffle anyone with technical jargon. For me Its all about making people happy and have them leave knowing they have had a good experience and of course leaving with a fully working product.
